Processing Time

All items marked made to order. Please allow 10-15 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch, unless stated otherwise in the listing.

Items ready to send will be processed in 1-3 working days.

I’ll always do my best to ship sooner where possible.

Shipping Within the UK

Orders are sent via Royal Mail (or another reliable courier).

Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Upgrades such as tracked or next-day delivery may be available at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, I only ship within the UK, please contact me about European Shipping.

I do not currently offer shipping to the United States or other international destinations.

Packaging

Wherever possible, I use eco-friendly or recyclable packaging materials.

Items are packed carefully to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

No Returns or Exchanges

All items that are handmade, I do not accept returns, exchanges,
or cancellations.

This policy is in line with UK consumer law, which allows small businesses to refuse returns on custom-made or personalised items.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
